The challenge
Breaking a habit needs more than a to-do list — users needed a personalized recovery plan, daily accountability, and coaching that continues after the first 21 days. The product also needed a conversion-focused web presence alongside the native apps.
The approach
Built a production Expo / React Native app with a Node/Express/Prisma backend and a Python FastAPI + OpenAI service that turns a short quiz into a 21-day plan. RevenueCat and Stripe handle subscriptions; Supabase Auth, Redis, and PostHog cover auth, caching, and analytics. A later engagement delivered the responsive landing page, onboarding, plan preview, and subscription UX.
