The challenge

Churches were tracking people, attendance, groups, and follow-ups across scattered spreadsheets and sticky notes — so contacts and care tasks slipped through the cracks.

The approach

Built a ministry management system with role-based access for Admins, Coordinators, Members, and Ushers, plus dashboards, engagement scoring, email templates, Recharts reporting, QR support, and PWA-ready access on Supabase.
