The challenge
DanceOne needed to manage hiring from request to payroll-ready export without forcing candidates through a full login, while giving Admin, ND, HR, Support, and Candidate each their own permissions.
The approach
Built a Next.js multi-role onboarding system with a clear three-step workflow: National Directors create hire requests, candidates complete personal info via secure magic link, and HR finalizes ADP fields before CSV/Excel export. Resend, Checkr, PandaDoc, and TextMagic automate invites, checks, signing, and SMS.
